Contact & quote form

We process the data you provide in our contact and quote forms (name, company, email, country, tour selection, number of guests, special requests) to prepare and send you a tailored proposal. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) and your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. We retain enquiries for 24 months unless a booking relationship continues.

Newsletter (double opt-in)

Newsletter subscriptions require your active consent and a confirmed double opt-in email. We send a monthly newsletter with new tour announcements, seasonal availability, and a journal piece. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Hosting & processing

This website is hosted on the Base44 platform (Base44 Inc.), which acts as our processor under Art. 28 DSGVO. Server location and sub-processors are defined in the Base44 DPA. Entity records (quote requests, trade applications, newsletter subscriptions) are stored on Base44's managed database.

Analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Should we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will display a cookie-consent banner before any such cookies are set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). To exercise these rights, write to hello@aurora-austria.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde.

Email communication

Transactional emails (quote confirmations, newsletter double opt-in) are sent through the Base44 platform. Email delivery is subject to the platform's sending limits and content screening.
